Our Sea Moss Gel is meticulously prepared upon receiving your order, ensuring its freshness without the use of preservatives. To maintain optimal quality, we recommend that you ensure delivery during the initial attempt. Proper refrigeration upon receipt is vital for product quality.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY


Following the initial delivery attempt by our courier, we cannot guarantee the condition of the item. Regrettably, we may be unable to offer a full refund or replacement for items not received on the first delivery attempt. If items are returned to our facility due to undeliverability or unpaid local duties, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.


BANK HOLIDAYS


We strive to expedite deliveries, especially for perishable items. Consequently, orders received one day before or during bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.


RETURNS

  • Perishable items such as our Irish Sea Moss Gel cannot be refunded once shipped.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase for processing your return.
  • If you use store credits to make a purchase and then request a refund for that purchase, you'll receive a refund only for the amount paid above the store credit value. The store credit itself will not be refunded.
  • For non-perishable items, our return policy covers 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since your order's delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • For promotional or discount items: Please note that these items are non-refundable and are eligible for store credit only.
  • To initiate a return, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


REFUNDS

  • Notify us of any order concerns within 24 hours of delivery, providing visual proof such as images or a video to support your claim. Refund or replacement requests lacking appropriate documentation will not be considered.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once in the processing stage. Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Additional items cannot be added to processing orders; please place a new order. For order assistance, contact customer support. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
  • Our Sea Moss products are crafted to support overall health, with results varying based on individual factors like diet, exercise, and health conditions. The effectiveness of Sea Moss may become noticeable over time with consistent use. We appreciate your commitment to long-term well-being and your understanding of our product's nature, as we do not offer refunds.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • For items over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.


SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE


  • Our subscription service offers automatic product delivery at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you agree to our terms, including automatic renewal at your chosen frequency (e.g., every 7 days, monthly) with corresponding charges.
  • Please be aware that you must complete a minimum of two billing periods before canceling our subscription service.
  • Subscription details, including pricing and delivery frequency, will be confirmed via email.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the subscription service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website.
  • We primarily communicate through email, and it is your responsibility to receive and read our emails. We are not responsible for miscommunication or misinterpretation of our subscription terms.
  • Cancellations can be made through your account with at least 48 hours' notice to prevent dispatched orders. Orders already dispatched cannot be refunded.
  • By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription service.
  • If you accidentally subscribed and wish to cancel immediately, kindly purchase the item at its full Retail Price (RRP) and share the proof of purchase with us to initiate the cancellation of the initial discounted order.
