Working 60 hours/week and training almost every day, it was critical to maintain a healthy balance of nutrients in our bodies, but it soon became clear that getting this through synthetic tablets was potentially doing more harm than good. We struggled hugely with spikes and slumps in energy levels as a result.

This is when we realised we had to find a much more sustainable way to fuel ourselves. We became obsessed with the link between performance and naturally occurring vegan power foods, that are not only good for us, but also give back to our precious eco-system and local communities. Now with the help of sports scientists and nutritionists, we found a way to combine the best ingredients together to provide superior quality and results.
